The Opportunity:

Manually assemble statements/packages, ensuring efficiency, quality and timeliness of work.

Schedule: Part-time, Monday to Tuesday 1:00 pm to 9:00 pm.

Job responsibility:

  • Preparation of output for correlation.
  • Gather any required OME’s (Outer Mailing Envelopes), Bulletins and / or Marketing material to be included with assembled output.
  • Gather any Special Handling Requests / Service Insert Requests / Split Wrap Instructions for the job.
  • Perform and document standard prescribed quality checks, per Quality guidelines.
  • Confirm the instructions on the Job Dockets and Bill of Materials.
  • Confirm that the Company code on the Bag Tag matches that on the last page.
  • Flip/Fan the report pages to validate the print quality.
  • Check the delivery method on the Job Docket and/or the address field of the completed package.
  • Perform reconciliation of statements/packages to ensure they are balanced.
  • Assemble and package the output components.
  • Apply pressure to seal the adhesive flap to ensure proper sealing of envelopes/packages.
  • Perform pre-sorting of packages by delivery channel (Region specific).
  • Complete volume capture summary.
  • Record the amount of packages assembled with start and end times by region.
  • Using the provided equipment, scan all jobs as per guidelines.

Experience & Qualification requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 1 to 2 years of related experience
  • Experience in a production environment an asset
  • Strong customer service and organizational skills
  • Detail-oriented and ability to work with strict deadlines to meet SLA’s
  • Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment
  • Basic Computer Skills
