Job Summary:
This role will support the rollout of Pathways to Education’s nationwide brand refresh by designing, creating and adapting branded materials for digital and print. The Graphic Designer will use new brand guidelines to build our refreshed visual identity, working alongside the wider Marketing Communications team to develop templates, update internal and external documentation and other collateral as needed.
Job responsibility:
Using Adobe Creative Suite and Canva, use a new set of brand guidelines to create a suite of designed templates and collateral for print and digital uses.
Develop a design library for use by other graphic designers in future.
Using Canva, develop templates for Program Partners to share with their audiences.
Support in the creation of launch materials for the September 2026 release of the new branding.
Experience & Qualification requirements:
Education and/or experience in graphic design required
Bilingualism (French/English) an asset
Ability to adapt visuals, key messages and create on-brand content for a variety of audiences
Sensitivity to vulnerable groups and topics and ability to build rapport to ensure stakeholders are comfortable with sharing their stories
Demonstrated ability to learn new skills and take initiative – independently and collaboratively
Demonstrated ability to be flexible, and think outside the box to solve design challenges
