The Application Support Engineer is a key technical role focused on ensuring the stability, performance, and improvement of Pathways’ Connex web platform. This position moves beyond first-level triage to provide deep technical investigation, root cause analysis, and hands-on, code-level resolution for issues affecting Connex users.

The successful candidate is a problem-solver and a tinkerer who bridges the gap between end-users and the core development team.
