We are currently hiring an intern looking for a fall term position, September to December 2026, in our Winnipeg office. Candidates must be enrolled in an undergraduate program and plan to return to school after completing the internship to be eligible to apply.
This position is responsible for supporting the Data Science team in Analytics and Data Engineering tasks. The student will assist in developing datasets, models, and reports which are used to understand our business and meet strategic objectives. This position provides a great opportunity for a university student to gain practical experience in the fields of AI and Data Science.

As a team we provide analytical and reporting services that help assess Technology service performance and overall user experience. We design and manage a robust reporting framework and supporting processes that enable effective analytics. Summer Student Job: Graphic Designer – Pathways Canada – Due: 5/22/2026

This role will support the rollout of Pathways to Education’s nationwide brand refresh by designing, creating and adapting branded materials for digital and print. The Graphic Designer will use new brand guidelines to build our refreshed visual identity, working alongside the wider Marketing Communications team to develop templates, update internal and external documentation and other collateral as needed.

Junior Data Analyst – Pathways Canada – Due: 5/22/2026

The Junior Data Analyst will support the Business Intelligence (BI) team in advancing the organization’s data strategy, analytics capabilities, and data management processes. This role is ideal for a current post-secondary student or recent graduate seeking hands-on experience in applied analytics, data visualization, and data governance. The successful candidate will gain exposure to real-world datasets, enterprise reporting tools, and cross-functional business processes.

Quality Assurance Analyst – Pathways Canada – Due: 5/15/2026

A dedicated Quality Assurance role would assume all technical QA-related duties. Implementing systematic, professional testing can help identify defects early, reducing the cost of fixes and the risk of project delays.
This individual will establish and execute industry standard quality assurance testing processes that will reduce the time and effort required for testing in each sprint and ensure test consistency and comprehensiveness.

Application Support Analyst – Pathways to Education Canada – Due: 5/22/2026

The Application Support Engineer is a key technical role focused on ensuring the stability, performance, and improvement of Pathways’ Connex web platform. This position moves beyond first-level triage to provide deep technical investigation, root cause analysis, and hands-on, code-level resolution for issues affecting Connex users.

The successful candidate is a problem-solver and a tinkerer who bridges the gap between end-users and the core development team. They will be responsible for analyzing helpdesk tickets, debugging application behavior, querying databases, and, where appropriate, coding, testing, and deploying fixes and minor enhancements.

Fall Intern – Sales Enablement – Mackenzie Investments – Due: 5/10/2026

Working on key Distribution Initiatives:
•Collaborate with the Manager, Sales Effectiveness, to achieve product readiness objectives.
•Manage the sales activation calendar, ensuring alignment with key delivery dates and components.
•Deploy the weekly sales team newsletter, compiling relevant information and data.
•Organize SE&P working group meetings and document key outcomes.
•Support external advisor-facing events, including logistics, follow-up emails, and presentations alongside the Senior Analyst.

Mackenzie Investments is currently hiring an intern for Fall term from September to December 2026 to work with the Multi-Asset Strategies Team.
Candidates must be enrolled in an undergraduate program and plan to return to school after completing the internship to be eligible to apply.

We are currently hiring a Quantitative Developer Intern for the fall term from September to December to work in the Fixed Income Platform Engineering group, the technology side of the FI Engineering team. The candidate will be responsible for supporting the portfolio managers and quantitative analysts working to implement and execute key elements of our investment processes.
