Job Summary:
This role supports the improvement of training quality by reviewing existing learning content, identifying gaps, and helping refine materials to meet established standards. It also contributes to enhancing learner experience through updates, quality checks, and engagement-focused ideas. In addition, the role provides hands‑on support for a reporting tool project, including data setup, testing, documentation, and coordination to ensure smooth implementation.
Job responsibility:
This opportunity will be approximately 4 months, beginning May 2026 and will include tasks such as:
Training Content Inventory & Standards Review: (25%)
1. Review all existing training materials and list them in an organized way.
2. Check each item to see if it meets basic learning and brand standards.
3. Point out what’s missing, what’s repeated, and what could be improved.
Learning Quality & Effectiveness Enhancement: (25%)
1. Look at training modules to make sure they are clear, easy to follow, and engaging.
2. Share ideas that could make the learning experience more interesting.
Reporting Tool Project Support: (50%)
1. Help set up and organize information for a new reporting tool.
2. Assist with testing to make sure the tool tracks and reports data correctly.
3. Support the team by documenting steps, following up on tasks, and helping keep the project on schedule.
Experience & Qualification requirements:
• Currently enrolled or just finished a post-secondary program (Human Resources or Learning and Development courses would be beneficial for this position).
• Keen to learn and apply relevant learning to summer projects
• Detailed-oriented, with excellent inter-personal and communication skills (oral and written)
• Team-oriented and able interact with a diverse group of stakeholders
• Strong organization skills with an ability to prioritize tasks
