Job Summary:
The Application Support Engineer is a key technical role focused on ensuring the stability, performance, and improvement of Pathways’ Connex web platform. This position moves beyond first-level triage to provide deep technical investigation, root cause analysis, and hands-on, code-level resolution for issues affecting Connex users.

The successful candidate is a problem-solver and a tinkerer who bridges the gap between end-users and the core development team. They will be responsible for analyzing helpdesk tickets, debugging application behavior, querying databases, and, where appropriate, coding, testing, and deploying fixes and minor enhancements.

Experience & Qualification requirements:
• Proven experience in a technical support, application support, or junior developer role, preferably supporting enterprise web platforms.
• Experience with supporting enterprise level technologies like CRM/case management systems
• A clear understanding, at an enterprise level, of application, network, and infrastructure
• Excellent critical thinking, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical users.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills; ability to plan, prioritize, and meet deadlines.
