We provide youth with brief and ongoing counselling, in-home wraparound support, shelter, housing, educational support, and safe drop-in spaces. Student Development Worker (2 vacant positions, permanent full-time 35 hours per week) – Open until filled
The Student Development Worker reports is responsible for building relationships and facilitating communication with students, parents/guardians and secondary school teachers/administration with the objective of supporting students’ academic success. This includes identifying students’ strengths and challenges and working collaboratively with the Pathways team and secondary school partners to ensure that students are appropriately supported both within school and within the Pathways Program.

Relief Student Development Worker (Casual position, 1-year contract) – Open until filled
The Relief Student Development is responsible for building relationships and facilitating communication with students, parents/guardians and secondary school teachers/administration with the objective of supporting students’ academic success. This includes identifying students’ strengths and challenges and working collaboratively with the Pathways team and secondary school partners to ensure that students are appropriately supported both within school and within the Pathways Program.

Receptionist/Administrative Assistant/Data Management (Contract Full-time 35 hours per week) – Open until filled
This position is responsible for supporting the administrative workflow for the program including: data inputting & integrity, volunteer support, student/funder reporting, monitoring, ordering and tracking student financial supports, reception, mail/courier, client files, and supplies, system troubleshooting and general administrative tasks.
