Job Posting Title: Student Claims 

Location: Toronto – Hybrid (50/50) 

37.5 hours a week: $18-19/hour 

Job Responsibilities 

1)  Create and update process maps and documentation to support procedural changes. 
 
2)  Responsible for administering, updating, and improving internal websites on SharePoint. 
 
3)  Compile and organize various scheduled and ad-hoc reports in an accurate and timely manner. 
 
4)  Assist with regulatory reporting and error correction (IBC, GAA, Facility Association) 
   
5)  Develop and maintain a knowledge and understanding of company operations/procedures. 
   
6)  Support the day to day operations of the claims teams through the maintenance of the various claims systems (setting up new user profiles, tables of data, etc.) 
   
7)  Collaborate with the Claims Operational Initiatives, Special Investigations, and the Quality Assurance Claims Excellence units to assist with other projects as needed. 
   
8)  Participate in special projects to support Regional and National management as required. 
   
9)   Develop presentations on projects/proposals and deliver as required. 
   
10) Other related duties as assigned.
