Pathways to Education is a national, charitable organization breaking the cycle of poverty through education. • Implement, customize, and track web analytics.
• Measure and report on the impact of digital activities.
• Consult with key stakeholders and execute tactics that increase organizational visibility, drive traffic, support fundraising goals, and create engagement.
• Provide digital support to other teams in the organization.

• Post-secondary education and/or training in Digital Media, Computer Science, Digital Marketing, or a related field or demonstrated equivalent experience.
• Experience with Content Management Systems.
• Experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Experience with CRMs and building workflows.
• Experience with digital tagging, analytics, and reporting (E.g., Google Tag Manager).

Additional qualifications that would be an asset:

• Understanding of what APIs are and how they work.
• Familiarity and/or previous experience with cloud computing, specifically functions pertaining to storage and virtual machines.
• Familiarity with design software (e.g., XD, Photoshop, Sketch).
• Experience with UI/UX design process including research and prototyping.

What We Offer

• An exciting opportunity to be part of a leading not-for-profit dedicated to excellence and impact.
